Please continue reading below to explore each feature and its practical applications.

Allocation Planning
The new Allocation Planning workspace supports the Retail Planning Team's requirements for DC Inventory Allocation and Inbound Inventory Allocation to stores, which are aligned with the chosen allocation policy. This feature optimizes inventory placement, ensuring products are available where demand is highest while reducing stockouts and overstocks.

Replenishment Eligibility
This feature allows planners to exclude specific locations from the replenishment plan or define replenishment periods for new location openings. These tools provide greater flexibility and control, enabling better alignment with inventory levels, sales patterns, and supplier lead times.

Ramp-Up Planning at Location
Planners can now ramp up coverage at both the Location and Item-Location levels, prioritizing Item-Location inputs for more granular control. This feature is vital for addressing seasonal peaks, promotions, and new product launches, ensuring sufficient inventory to meet increased demand.

Order Frequency
The enhancement introduces a locked WIP set to zero between frequency cycles, preventing intermediate plans that disrupt the cycle. This ensures replenishment aligns with sales patterns while maintaining operational efficiency.

These updates empower retailers with advanced tools for inventory planning and replenishment, driving better decision-making and enhanced operational outcomes.
